Monthly Group Online Session

Service Description

Congratulations! You have just taken a massive step to prioritise 45, dreamy, minutes for yourself to nourish your soul and sooth your mind. During the session I will guide you through a 20 minute guided relaxation session. Helping to calm your mind and body in preparation for me to send you the healing energies of Reiki for a further 20 minutes. I will also pull a card for the group at the beginning of each session. The session will be held over Zoom, you will receive a link the day before the session. The session will not be recorded. Make yourself a little nest to settle into. Make sure you will not be disturbed. Have a glass of water to hand. If you have head phones, please use them to get the most from the session. Get comfortable and be guided into some deep relaxation and healing.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a session, I require at least 48 hours notice. Before this time I am able to reschedule the session where time allows. No refunds available after the 48 hour notice period or after a completed session. T&C's apply to all bookings.
